Did we invest in a coal-based technology company or a finance company? Also, shouldn't shareholders have approved the addition of a new business activity? And approve the appointment of the person responsible to run the business? Would Fozard have been appointed on a merit basis to this role? Is Fozard still a director of Greenard Willing Structured Products and is that finance company still operating? Many questions that should have been put to shareholders.
