In terms of the bubble, that's my personal thought only. No one can ensure there is a 'bubble' existing except the market itself. No matter the government, investors, etc. We can only say "oh there was a bubble and poped!". For example, Japan’s Bubble Economy of the 1980s
If you are 99.9% sure there's bubble, I would suggest you to work for RBA to save the economy just in case.
