I know it's the US, so you may be able to understand the concern regarding consolidation for survival purposes. Note the difference between a survival tactic and the discretionary reverse split HCY is embarking upon. RESEARCH suggests it can be profitable.

I've seen stocks dissapear after consolidation, but that's because they had to consolidate so they could go lower (CRB e.g)...I don't believe we have the same instance here. It will be a $20 million company at 30 cents a share with a share register the size of a new IPO, with a new and viable project to bring on line with what appears solid management
