I think there was a quarterly report/presentation of theirs earlier this year, where one slide had some news articles/screenshots of people's horror stories with the NBN. But in the last few weeks, those news articles have been increasing, I think.
If the main battle is ST1 vs NBN right now, I wonder if it will change to ST1 vs 5G in a few years. But if ST1 has unlimited data - and 5G plans have data caps - I think I think the advantage lies with ST1.
