can understand that, each to their own, but i and a lot bought at 6-8c not waiting for confirmation of anything apart from t4 sharing his well done research and bringing this to our attention, once we all look at whats going on we think its a goer as it will attract attention since t4 has some pull, not trying to stir you or anyone up, i just say it as i please and its up to the individual how they interpret it but if some have waited till confirmation at 16c they would be sitting on a loss as some would have bought back then and the ones who bought at 6-8 have decent profit
profit made at purchase is my key to making money and motto, seeing something thats worth more at a discounted price and taking advantage of that
i bought my first house in the boom times in 2001, 650 squares, double garage with all the mod cons, alarm air con etc.. when all the other homes where going for 350 plus, no for sale sign out front just an insider telling me here it is ash, snapped it up half hour after seeing it, could have sold a year or six months later for 150k profit but why would i when i'm in front by heaps and with my second house which i own up at budgewoi plus what i have in market will set me up for my acreage i'm eyeing at the 500-600 mark, assets make me wealthy for retirement not super, just have 50k in super and work it for 17-18% return each year, you'll need roughtly 500k to earn a 40k income on super returns in retirement, or 100k in tls divvies for a better return than 5% on the rental(net)
    anyway thats enough lol
    ;)
