Let’s say one or more of ivx’s assetts is currently in negotiations. Company doesn’t need to make public until contracts are singed. Dilemma then would be a conflict of interest if the negotiations are by the Cho group.
Again, highly hypocritical scenario indeed, yet plausible as to why SP and volume infected transactions might b taking place.
