100,000 EMR would cost $23000
If Valentine is a duster EMR could conceivably go back to 13c (lose $10000)
EMRO would probably head back to 5c (lose $7000).
Upside is similar in the event of success.
So yes you could lose more in % terms with EMRO but lose less in absolute terms, because you can buy the same upside for less.
