Don't be upset on missing out, positive side for you is, you still have your 15K with you which you can use to buy on market. People who have subscribed 15K have locked their money in for next week or so, and don't know how hard it will be scaled back. It's very likely it will be scaled back to $5000 or even lower. In that time price might be at 30c.
