I am no ramper. Just spoke to Roman briefly and asked him about page 14 of 53 of preliminary final report.
He said regarding Sigma that basically they are sorting out a last few details before the two of them sign of on it. Who the other is (Bonvinno) i expect, but he was one of them. There will be alot more detail in the final report, and an ann. I didnt ask when, as i allready know the answer, dont ask.
No more arguments of who said what. IT WILL HAPPEN !
