    Only when there is a reason to do so....but they've politely poached the key chap from CGGC, and are setting up JVs with key local partners.

    It's not like the IP issue that happened with Codan a few years ago, the distribution play by FLC is a masterstroke of infiltration for the greater cause of filtration!
