I would agree probably sheer incompetence something we have suffered for a while, what with the 1st prospectus being forced to be review or re-issued from the ASX, what with the shares which were offered at 5.3 cents being released a less than half that value, because the management had to re-list the company to get enough funds to keep afloat...etc etc. etc
