I fully agree that having cash in the bank is the way to go for BUD and Dave before entering into a 'monster' deal with, most likely Ingram Micro. It provides security, comfort to both parties and perhaps strengthens Dave's negotiating position. I suspect that Dave had no intention to raise $20m until a few weeks ago but the offer of a worldwide deal (hopes!) was an opportunity and challenge that he could not resist. He moves fast so we will not have long to wait before all is revealed.
