unfortunately a number of things don't make sense here including the cessation of the Hexima J/V. that IMO has not been transparent and swept under the carpet it seems!!! and the Eli deal well given the circumstances Eli probably terminated the deal and depending on whether the agreement allowed them to do that or not ACR would want to save costs for operational/wage expenses rather than get into an all out legal battle with Eli - think I know who would win that one!
