I have always said that FAR will not move to its potential value until SNE's DOC. I still hold that line. DOC is the trigger for project investment, institutional investment and potential TO. The current market is just not interested in speculative investments or aquasitions.
All the planets are aligning nicely, but they are not aligned yet.
IMHO DOC is the trigger. Everyone knows it and are playing a waiting game. FAR has stayed in the game nicely and will/should make it to DOC. Once that trigger happens the dominos will start to fall in FAR's favour.
