for what its worth i reckon they want the sp to be in the .08c for to convince people to convert their option.

the way i see it is the higher the head price before the holding date for the Apex distribution the more people will convert and the more money in Legends bank...

i still think it's a great deal and i'ii probably convert cause i reckon Apex is going to off like a bomb with gold price rocketing..and for me well i imagine if Apex share go up and cover the cost of my Legend out lay then i can't lose...and if they both go up i'ii retire..
