Hmmm the issue of so many shares to an institutional investor at 10c does worry me a little. This will water down our holding even further and should someone like macq or one of their friends take this up it would give them a chance of another tilt at the company. Do we need to issue shares when we are so vulnerable would it not be better to limp through until we have the pipeline closer and a potential rerating of our value before we went to market again. maybe I am just paranoid, but I am not keen on this especially when the money we have is not being used to drill already, will these funds by used to increase drilling or sit in the bank for 6-12 months. if we issue these shares now while we are at low value how is that going to help us, given we hopefully have sufficient funds to keep us going for awhile longer before having to think about diluting further.
