No, nothing to do with location! It's all to do with time verses volume. The commsec servers handle a set amount of logins and when they get overloaded — ouch!!!
If you're lucky to get in, you stay on site 'cause if you leave (log off) you are toast.
just like getting into a popular night club. You have to wait until some one else leaves before the servers will let you in to 'enjoy' the action. Never mind if you miss all the fun. That's the commsec way and that is how it will stay. 'cause making money and not bigger venues is what commsec is all about.
