No, you can still use the courts to sue. You just lose the rights to go to FOS as a retail investor for zero cost.
If you are a SI and you never take up these sort of deals, there no point being registered really.
It’s just great for getting access to SI deals.
Do your own research though. I was wrong once before. Could happen again LOL
