    My thoughts are the Pilot Trial will end with 5 implants if all are successful and the remaining 5 will participate in the Global Pivotel Trial commencing in February.

    I think it was always intended that only 5 implants would comprise the Pilot Trial and up to 10 if problems were encountered.
