It could stop at 3 trials. Who knows.
The protocol for the trial said that it was for up to 10 patients and the pilot trial would end once VCR had sufficient data to proceed to the Pivotal trial.
Should the trial end early, (ie. before the 10th victim (oppps patient), then this could be taken as a positive. But who knows how the market will react.
