Oh, and one more thing. Last night I received a call from a lovely lady asking me if I received the proxy papers and if I had any comments to make. I told her that I am very confused and that I would like to know as to why the secrecy of this $8 something million dollars paid to someone with a company in the Virgin Islands without explaining what it involves and as to why they refuse to show the books and the transaction in that regard to Keybridge when they are a major investor in the company.

She said she would get someone to ring me back but I am still waiting.
