Yep. Thats how i read it. The 216k as at 30 sep included the 180k CR from 4 sep. Without that appears would have been done to 30k at 30 sep.
And according to their numbers forecast need to collect all current receivables plus new sales but raised the 582k for breathing room for 950 cash to be spent. 1 month into this q4 already . Interesting make or break next few weeks i think. IMO only
