I'm guessing the quarterly will be a downer with this CR, but it's ancient history anyway.
With the shares in escrow this is at a guess 6-8% dilution. Big deal. Onwards and upwards (ok, maybe downwards).
Good luck getting them at 18 cents for those who bailed.
