"potential order book" is not a "revenue forecast"; including statements about "potential market $" was one of the not necessary exuberant errors of NC but it's not a revenue forecast as you wrote in any sense of the word.

Still, the wording implied that $24mill was baseline figure and that we could have reasonably expected revenue to have been some figure well north on that based on the potential book order. I have no doubt whatsoever that these implications created expectations that have now come back to bite the sentiment.
