Also remembef the advantages of Klip, which allows monitoring stats of business pocesses. The offering by IAM is best available and once Lilly is launched computers do all the work so price per SOA will be low enough to disrupt the industry. If IAM charge $20 per SOA, the industry will be forced to adopt the service or operate at an unecessarily high labour cost with paraplanners. The only question is can Lilly do what we are told it will do. If it can then the bad quarterly is forgiven and irrelevant.
