How much effort do you expect other people to do?

A significant amount of time and effort was put into ND, more than OC did I can assure you, ND had the better candidates and polices and offered a solution to OC that would have seen a united front.

I have moved onto several stocks that are far more profitable, and in any event I think that there is absolutely NO HOPE of any one spilling the current BOD due the CR and the amount of shares held in friendly hands, NOT even Mr Troy H could create a board change with all the shares he holds.

In my opinion the ONLY hope is to get all of the small shareholders to consolidate and vote as a block and then you MAY have a hope of stopping any future SOA

You have got a snowballs chance in hell of making that happen.

There is an OUTSIDE chance that the new board will drill and enter into contracts BUT I doubt it. a new SOA will probably be in the order of 20 cents, so effectively MB would also get $25 MIl in cash and only pay around 90 Mil for CTP less $25 Mil cash on hand
