I dont quite understand how this 4 for 1 share placement works? Who is buying these shares at $0.20 and who are getting these free options? I hope its the current shareholders who are getting the benefits... but seems MZM is pretty unclear about this share placement announcement. Hope the management will clear things out. If anyone can explain this current situation, i am at all ears....
