    People need to stop whining.
    Yes the ASX has continuous disclosure laws but he ASX is weak as piss when it comes to enforcement.
    But the real story is that the company is operating in Uruguay and subject to Uruguayan law and Uruguayan regulators. People seem to be acting like they don't recognise this.
    It's plain disrespectful.
