I'm an analyst myself, working for a global investment bank, and I am trying to buy more.
Becoming profitable, with new management will see the SP spike pretty quickly.
Quarterly costs are not very large in the sacle of things, and it would be easy to afford this small specky a much larger mkt cap and rating, after a profitable quarter, particulary if the aquisitions are EPS accretive, as this will help ensure continued support.

Of course time will tell, and past perfermance is no indicative of the future blah blah blah
