I wouldn't expect the share price to fall back to 10c, the federal government just announced a green policy today for renewable energy targets to 15-20% by 2010. With the desalinisation capacity this has two functions. Tidal technology will improve in the future and therefore manufacturing costs and costs therefore costs of eletricity production per megawatt will fall significantly.

I rate this as a long term buy and I think 15c by the year end is a conservative estimate.
