    I disagree with 2 points:

    "Becoming profitable, with new management will see the SP spike pretty quickly. "

    Have heard this one before. I don't care who's come in - TEE have made a loss every quarter for the past 7 years - you can't restructure and expect to see the results in a such a short amount of time. Will take more than a few years for them to generate a profit (they've been promising quarterly profits since I can remember - have never hit revenue targets either).

    The market is punishing small-caps at the moment and rightfully so. The ASX is going to go through a rough patch itself over the next 6 months and as a small cap with no credential TEE will continue to be punished.

    If TEE can ride out the storm and Management can turn things around (need more revenue streams) I'd expect to see the SP climb steadily - this is likely to be at least 6 months away IMO.
