Thereby "killing 2 birds with the one stone", although nothing would surprise me now .
Also do not know if CJ has been in discussion with the ASX adviser for MUS, prior to them issuing a speeding ticket but if not, then he and Chair have some learning to catch up on re ASX liaisons .
Nevertheless I retain a half full view of this debacle as CJ strongly indicated feedback around $USA 100 ct before the auction and I expect a great willingness amongst BOD to sell the highest % possible as it is the first MUS auction and they need to prove commercial acumen.
Finally all possible cash receipts will be needed to operate up to next auction so that pressure is on them too.
PS Fingers still l crossed for 20c this week...... but should know tonight for sure.

That is a good point it, would definitely be favourable if auction results were released tonight to give the market the night and extra time in the morning to digest, assess and make their decision in time for regular trading Tuesday.
