They are averaging down like everyone else. This stock will be played until the NGP opens and real cashflows can come in. This won't be the last pump and dump in the next year. Capital raisings will continue to dilute at penny dreadful rates until access to Gladstone or the East Coast market is possible from early 2019 onwards. Hopefully the NGP extension materialises in order to derisk this further.
