I think that to be fair you are only looking at this from your own perspective. Sure it's great to arrive on the scene recently and buy DTZ at a lower market cap and hence better risk profile. However this was listed way back in November 2016 and a lot of people have paid 20+ cents for it. In reality it listed too early and I don't think that management completely understood the kind of catalysts required to maintain the early market cap.

There's also been various tweets and hype around this stock that I generally read as red flags, most recently a "$$$" tweet which was later deleted and is the kind of stuff that I don't like to see. I don't get concerned with negative opinions about stocks that I hold rather I read them and see if they hold any substance. I don't see buying a stock as necessitating belief rather I see a risk profile and a reward profile. To me it is about possibilities/consequences.

The "$400M+ M/C" comparison that you use is completely baseless because I would imagine those companies have significant JORC resources that are in the process of development. DTZ at ~ $25m market cap still has a degree of downside if management cannot deliver - go and have a look at where IAM is trading today on the basis of failure to increase modest revenue. And speaking of hard and fast pumps I was disappointed to see the failure recently of DTZ to generate support at 15 cents and move into a new trading range. I suppose it lacked a real catalyst to keep it trading there though.

Anyway I'm still holding and happy at this stage. Time is ticking though.

I hope that the above doesn't come across in the wrong way. I've read many of dingok's posts here and he's certainly not around to talk the stock down and try to pick up your shares on the cheap. This is a public forum and he has every right to post, positive or negative. He doesn't need to be told off or condescended to for doing so.
