Theres the capitulation shakeout, Gregors statement is the bottom point, when everyone is seeing red thats the time to buy especially with PRU as we have seen for years now.
$3 was 4 cycles ago & he doesnt say 30c is the annual low point for many years now and it was 66c this time last year. Gregors looks like he is watching PRU and trading it like the Macquarie team.
PRU holding at 32.5c for 10 days now, 31.5 is not a resistance or support level, but 32.5c is so I expect it to reconnect to 32.5c support as the Macquarie factory soak up annual lows around here as they ramp it to the Sissingue DFS and commissioning phase from now to March with 50% more production at 25% lower costs.
66c this time last year, a nice earner for those in the know.
Solid 3 quarters in a row is setting up a strong cashflow and production breakout.
Au price is heading higher as the equities crash will soon unfold. PRU undervalued to SAR by a 2-3 bagger, its looking very very cheap here.on pro rata production
