MM works for chemo patients. When my 25yo son was diagnosed with cancer his oncologist gave him tacit approval to use weed to combat the side effects of chemo. So I produced batches of muffins containing marijuana leaf. Not only did he retain his appetite but hair and weight. And was able to keep working during 3 months of treatment. All good now.
