Shares will be tradeable again with a change of name post GM. It will have a heap of cash slotted into an earnings accretive business within the next 3-4 months max. Merchant have a heap of cash tied up in this and are not in the business of letting it sit in shells with no activity.

Holders shares will simply experience a change of name and business model. That's it.

You will be able to trade them as you have before.

Rarely does a shell come up with the Millions of $ that this one has without a further need for CR or funding round to Sophs and Instos.

Looking forward to seeing what business they allow to access this cash pile.

Tell this to the holders of NXR, VNX and many others that are still in trading halt. For two years now. And VNX delisted in the end.
