They have 3 years of low price U purchases contracted at about $25/pound from memory.
They may be able to contract in some more. If need be.
But obviously the mine needs to be able to produce to meet contract commitments itself eventually and for any further utility contracts. Hence its imperative the switch to acid is permitted and successful.
Pens lifelines at the moment are contacts that are in place and cash flow.
