I am expecting the worse but:

If out of the 13 not sold, we assume that reserve price was $60/crt, there could be a possibility that we may be able to sell less than that ( maybe $50/crt) in order to get the so much needed cash. That would really help the overall revenue and will be a good result.
Hoping that negotiations will finish today ( its 6.25am in Mauritius ) and we find out tonight/tomorrow morning.
MUS needs to reply to ASX first so suspension is lifted and then make the announcement.
My gut feeling is that MUS is buying some time and i am hoping its for the right reasons.

CJ is not an idiot but i think he may have overestimated our inventory or GEM moving auction forward has allowed buyers to go lower on price as they have another opportunity with GEM to get what they want.
If things go bad, lets not discount a TO bid. Think about it, it would be the best time to make a move, unfortunately.

Expand

It would appear that CJ was far more confident of the outcome than he should have been. Just look at the resolutions proposed for the AGM and the grand plans for expansion. The interesting question is why he was so confident. We know he is no gemologist so somebody must have told him to expect a great outcome after looking at the rubies.
