Dumas, i take your point about all the “back room “ deals going on, but, from a simplistic point of view, the NAV has fallen from $1.11 to about 89 cents in quick time. As an investor I’m looking for a fund manager thats going to make me money, not lose it. How is voting no, going to improve the stock selection process and thus make money for us all? NAOS ? OC? They all seem to better that the current fund managers. I’n not a happy camper and dont want a negative annual return (especially when its been a small stock pickers paradice). I read the Annual Report and there seems to be a lot of excuses why we couldnt or didnt............... i just want someone there who can !
