Thanks Sunrise. That can't be right though - it would mean that our directors are working to further the interests of Vaxart's shareholders rather than their own. Hardly a merger. Do they have an ACCC in the US?
That would explain why the sp rose initially until someone read the fine print and saw it was rather like a heist.
