im basically happy with the merger, imo its about 50/50 immeadiate value for both GBG and SDL with plenty of future upside for both.
the sp for GINDANCE will washout to about $1.70 what it has been now.
my calcs indicates a start up pe of 3 fully adjusted for jv which gives plenty of potential future sp appreciation.
my 3yr sp target is $6.80
