I do not know Matt but a few on here give him a good rap. I do admire his determination to get on the board.
He does not have the best track record with predictions though.
It was also very unusual for the announcement not to put on it what he brings to the boards, what his skills and experience are though, so it make it hard to vote for a person where little is said in the company announcement.
I was surprised that they did not try to get someone with battery experience/background onto the board.
