Good point, he could build up a stake in GBG but would need to have over 5% in GBG before we would get to know about it through normal channels.

I think the merger will proceed and both parties will benefit well long term (that is, if SDL does have what we all presume they have), but I'm not a fan of the fact this is all being done with obviously some in the know and the majority that aren't.
