I honestly think that the downside is limited due to the potential for a Cardinal takeover. They have long desired our land and their share price is strong. I'm surprised the market hasn't woken up to this idea... but they will...
I also look forward to the consolation of our capital which will put us up near 10c. We then move up in .05c increments.
