2 directors offload all their stock, page-2

doesn't seem to have affected the price... perhaps the market is so used to strange/shifty transactions that are just shrugging it off as more of the same...

about 10.5m shares and about 9.5m options offloaded... both own next to nothing now apart from indirect interests via Avondale... Mr Jagatramka picked up the partly paid shares but the rest are unaccounted for by director interests....

This doesn't completely account for the transactions that occured a couple of days ago though... From memory it was 2 parcels of 5.25m shares and 2 parcels of 7.5m option which leaves 5 million options unaccounted for...

I don't understand this... the 2 seperate parcels of oppies were presumably from no more than two seperate sellers. Though this would be seemingly impossible as those directors didn't hold that many...

I wonder if these two are shirty because they aren't going to be on the board of the merged company?
