I agree. This seems a bit rich at this stage of Hazer's development, to say the least. I am more than happy to see progress rewarded, but rewards are usually given after a job is done well, not before. (At least that's what I always tell the kids).
I have voted against the option issue, for what it is worth. I am more than happy to support such rewards once Hazer have confirmed the scalability of the Hazer process and have binding agreements in place for hydrogen and graphite production -- in other words, when Hazer have achieved their goals. But not before!
