Seriously? They are going to only get an extra 10% max of GM by buying the product outright? Total joke.... Also what kind of valuable IP is if a trademark and rights to the label is worth 60% of current sales! Yeap fantastic acquisition LOL get real guys, no-one else wants this product so they are going to spin it as an exclusive arrangement. Do you think any decent brand would go exclusive with these guys. This is going to turn into a shop of cheap basic brands being passed off as premium aussie brands... once people catch on it's all over rover... the writing is on the wall
