    Best case scenario WGL cap raises at 0.0135 and not 0.009... for $1.2-$2.5M placement.... that is still a lot of $$$$ coming online.. This is why imo.. the SP will need to head to around 12-14c short term... then WGL will need to prove the product etc..

    WGL is not in a good financial space unfortunately....
