I think this going to be come a 'frozen conflict' where NXT have achieved their objective of stalling TGP.
TGP on their part are in a quandary as to what to do with their stake (a lot of money sunk into AJD but at the moment and the near future, not making any money) with NXT not counter bidding. This is going to be a long and drawn out transaction.
